The inbox is your work related messaging. It is your email at work. Each of the dbclic modules may generate an inbox message and place it in your inbox with the dbclic routing and circulation engine. Your inbox messages are with links to documents for action or reading.
The inbox is your to do list at work. The inbox messages are categorized under module names. Leave your inbox on all the time while you are at work. When you have dealt with all your inbox messages, you day's work is done. Your inbox message is just a link to database records already created. After actioning or reading your inbox messages, you can delete them. Unread messages are displayed in bold type and flagged as unread.
